They dropped game one last night, as Islanders goaltender, Semyon Varlamov provided his second-straight shutout en route to a convincing 4-0 win on Monday night.
In the West, the Dallas stars keep rolling, but it didn’t look good midway through the contest down 0-2 after goals from Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen. Joe Pavelski got the Stars back on track as they stormed back with 5 unanswered goals to take a 2-0 series lead. WOW. The Colorado Avalanche are in serious trouble.
Tonight we will see a pair of teams attempting to fend off the dreaded 0-2 start. Who is more likely to tie their series… Tampa Bay or Vancouver?
